Available Add-on Services
Our therapists may use different techniques and combine different types of massage to provide the best experience possible. Take a few minutes to browse through some of our more popular options:
Gua Shamen
The Dynamic Cupping Tool lifts tissue, breaking down and realigning adhesions in the fascia while increasing circulation, rehydrating the site, and bringing nutrients to repair the tissue.
Cupping
Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. This relieves muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair. It also helps form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue.
Graston Tools
The Graston Technique treatment is used to treat scar tissue and other soft tissue restrictions that interfere with sports performance, general mobility, and overall comfort. These problems typically develop after injuries or surgery. It uses special, non-invasive stainless steel tools to break up the scar tissue and smooth the flesh underneath. Patients report decreased pain and inflammation as well as improved mobility.
Muscle Roller Stick
Muscle roller stick will help with lengthening and stretching out your muscles by applying pressure to the problem area.
Gua Sha Facial Roller
One of the biggest benefits of a Gua Sha tool is that it assists with releasing tension in the face and neck, which helps get rid of associated pain points like a headache or a sore, tense jaw. The light pressure and upward and outward motion applied when using a Gua Sha tool help with lymphatic drainage, reducing puffiness, and improving the appearance of the skin overall.
Awesafe Massage Gun
A percussion massager is a handheld device that applies pulses of concentrated pressure deep into your muscle tissue. This form of deep-tissue massage works knots and tension out of the muscles while improving blood flow and quickly enhancing range of motion
Ultrasound Therapy
The US Pro 2000® 2nd Edition is a clinical grade therapeutic ultrasound device that helps with effective pain relief. The pulsed sound waves travel deep into the tissue and induce vasodilation, which helps increase blood flow to the treated area and is found to help relieve pain and reduce muscle spasms.
Max Pro
Vibration creates myofascial release in the back, buttocks, hamstrings, quads, calves, feet, shoulders, and arms
Foot Mask
Much like a face mask, a foot mask is a salve that you coat your feet with. They can come in thick creams or in booties, but both have the same effect. As mentioned above, as the foot mask dries, it pulls impurities out of the body and boosts your foot’s circulation. As a bonus, it also eliminates odours and exfoliates and moisturizes the skin, making it smooth and supple.
Hand Mask
Hand masks work just like face masks. They sit on your skin, infusing and trapping in moisture and nutrients. You apply the thick mask to the backs of your hands and leave it for a while (usually around 10-20 minutes) as it soaks in and works its moisturizing magic. And hand masks aren't messy.
