CANCELLATION POLICY 

At A Good Life Massage, your satisfaction is important to us. While we strive to provide exceptional service every time, we understand there may be unique circumstances.

 

Please review our policy below:

Massage Services: We do not offer refunds for services that have already been provided. If you are unsatisfied with your massage, please speak with your therapist during or immediately after your session so we can address your concerns.

Memberships: Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once charged. Members may cancel their membership at any time with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Any unused credits will remain available for use until their expiration, per the terms of the membership.
No refunds will be issued for unused member credits.

Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final and non-refundable. Gift cards do not expire and can be used for any service or product offered at A Good Life Massage.

Do you have Aetna, United Health Care or Cigna?

The process can be a little complicated, however, we are here to assist you in every way. When calling to find out if we accept your insurance, please have the name of your insurance provider and your policy number ready. We need to verify coverage.
