Men and women who are at or close to their ideal weight are the best candidates. They are health conscious and exercise regularly. They are looking for that extra definition that the exercise is not giving them. There is no age limitation. Patients who have had prior surgeries such as a C section, abdominoplasty or liposuction, will have scar tissue that may make the contractions more uncomfortable than usual. These candidates can be treated as long as they are fully healed and have complete feeling in the treatment area.

HIEMT Body Sculpt is a completely non-invasive procedure with no recovery time. There may be mild muscle fatigue after the session. Typically, you can get back to your daily routine right after the treatment. A successful treatment outcome can be affected by smoking or excessive alcohol consumption, as well as eating disorders or on-going medication. While no special diet is required, you are encouraged to eat healthy and drink lots of water to help promote and maintain results

The minimum recommended number of treatments is 4, depending on your goals and BMI. The treatment is 30 minutes per session on the machine, with sessions separated by at least 2 days. Completing a full treatment series is necessary to maximize treatment efficacy. The results start to appear in as little as 2 weeks, and will typically continue to improve over the next three months.

Before the treatment, you are not required to do anything special; however, keeping your body well hydrated is recommended to reduce cramping. Dress comfortably on the days of treatment. Take off all jewelry and items with metal such as belt, underwire bras, coins or credit cards. Wear light clothing. Some Lululemon leggings have metallic fibers, so do not wear that brand of legging to the treatment. All electronic devices such as phones, watches, iPads, and computers must be surrendered, because the electromagnetic energy will heat metal and harm electronic devices.

There will be strong muscle contractions during the treatment. They will be intense but tolerable. The goal is to treat to your pain threshold. While it is desirable to reach 100% intensity, some patients cannot tolerate that level. As long as stomach contractions are occurring, there is benefit to the session. Patients, who are very lean, may feel stronger stomach contractions than patients who have more abdominal fat. Leaner patients may have a harder time reaching 100% intensity. After the session, resume normal activities and drink plenty of water.

Following an exercise regimen after the treatment plan maintains the muscle for many years. It is possible that you will not need any further sessions. For others who do not follow a consistent exercise program after the HIEMT Body Sculpt sessions, we recommend maintenance treatments anywhere from 6-12 months after the final session.

You begin to feel tangible results right after the treatment. Positive results are usually reported two to four weeks after the last session and continue to improve for several weeks following the treatments.

The treated area should not contain metal, medical plastic parts or artificial filling parts. The working handpiece should stay far away from the area with metal parts or implants. So if a woman has breast implants, she can still have treatments on other areas, e.g. legs (stomach can not be treated, cause it’s near to breast).

-If a woman is breast feeding after having a baby, she can not be treated with Dreamsculpt -If a woman is not breast feeding after having a baby, and if it’s natural childbirth, she has to wait for 1 week for treatment after having a baby. If it’s Caesarean Section, she can not have treatments until wound has been completely healed.

Yes they can be treated on different parts everyday (e.g. do legs Monday, stomach Tuesday, Butt Wednesday). But we recommend max. 3 treatments on the same area in one week.
